We're looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Parts Manager to join our team. What You'll Do Assist the Parts Manager with the daily operation of the Parts Department Help oversee parts inventory, ordering, receiving, and stocking Work closely with our Service and Sales departments to ensure parts are available when needed Assist technicians and customers with parts identification and sourcing Monitor inventory levels and help maintain accurate records Provide exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale customers Help train, support, and motivate Parts Department team members Step in for the Parts Manager when needed What We're Looking For Previous automotive parts experience required; dealership experience preferred Ford parts experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Leadership skills and a team-oriented attitude A valid driver's license and dependable work history Why Join Us?
