Job Description

Rocking Affairs Group is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage the daily work in our event décor warehouse. We have a small team and a wide variety of items that go out to events and return throughout the week. We need someone who can organize and supervise the team while staying actively involved in the warehouse. You'll help with staging and returns, check that work is done correctly, keep track of inventory, and make sure our vehicles are ready for upcoming events. Responsibilities Know our inventory, including item quantities, storage locations, and condition. Plan the day's warehouse work and supervise helpers as they pull, pack, and stage items for events. Take part in staging items and check them against event load lists before the event crew arrives to load the trucks. Oversee returns and help the team unload, count, inspect, and put away items after events. Identify missing, damaged, dirty, or incomplete items and follow through on cleaning and repairs. Keep inventory counts and item status current using basic computer records. Check vehicles when they return, fuel them, keep track of inspections and maintenance needs, and make sure they are ready for the next event. Maintain an organized, safe warehouse and promptly raise shortages or other problems with the Operations Manager. Qualifications At least five years of warehouse and inventory experience . Experience supervising a small team while remaining involved in daily warehouse work. Strong inventory organization, counting, and quality control skills. Basic computer skills for updating inventory records and working from load lists. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish with the warehouse team and office. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Dependability, good judgment, and attention to detail. Experience with event rentals, décor, furniture, or other inventory that goes out and returns repeatedly is a plus.
Pay:
$53,278.77 - $64,163.68 per year
