3009165835-2 Apply for this job now Job Description As an Operations Manager at Amazon in Transportation & Logistics, you will lead high-volume site operations to deliver industry-leading speed, quality, and safety. You'll own end-to-end performance across warehouse, transportation, and last-mile activities, using data to optimize processes, labor, and flow. You will hire, coach, and develop teams, driving a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, you will launch and scale new initiatives, solve complex operational challenges, and improve customer experience in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Responsibilities Lead daily operations across transportation and logistics sites to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries Optimize warehouse, linehaul, and last-mile processes using data-driven decisions Manage and develop high-performing teams, fostering ownership and continuous improvement Drive safety, quality, and productivity metrics while reducing costs and defects Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scale processes and launch new initiatives Use KPIs and reporting to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements Required Skills Logistics management Warehouse operations Supply chain optimization Transportation planning Data analysis and reporting Process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) People leadership and coaching Labor planning and scheduling Safety and compliance management WMS/TMS systems
