JOB SUMMARY

: This self-motivated position serves to find solutions to improve the Inventory and Logistic flows of the company. The Warehouse team and supply chain support team will report to this individual. The position will report to the Supply Chain Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inventory:

1. Leading Continuous improvement of systematic inventory including: Cycle Counting Daily checks Build reports to review the standing with Supply Chain Manager & Warehouse Supervisor. Pick List & RAF Investigations Review material system data: UOM, Scrap Value, etc. Journal movements of findings, when needed Working with a colleague if an ECR is required to fix system data. Coordination with Accounting RNI review Accounting discrepancies (e.g. quantity or cost discrepancies)

Populate:

Aging reports & obsolete materials for review with Supply Chain Manager 2. Working with the Warehouse Supervisor to create and maintain a positive culture and well maintained inventory

Including:

Location(s) data in Microsoft dynamics 365 Using processes in place to drive cleanliness and accuracy Implementing "smart stock" for kit pulling & storage ideals Review "stuck stock" reports with warehouse supervisor & Supply Chain Manager if needed

Logistics:

1. Working with warehouse supervisor and team to follow and improve processes on : Safe Storage Practices Separation of MRO and FIFO materials Working with Supply Chain Manager to Identify system parameters to highlight SDS, and controlled materials in Microsoft Dynamics D365. Implementing new warehouse storage layout Long term storage .Short term Storage Kit pulling locations vs storage locations Storage requirements (cold vs temperature controlled) Line Feeding techniques Reduce & Eliminate dunnage in manufacturing § Working with our 3PL partner & Warehouse Supervisor to culture process and understanding on storage and transfer of our materials. § Review of cost of 3PL scope & services with Supply Chain Manager, and control of inventory at 3PL

MINIMUM EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE

An Associates degree in an appropriate field and 5 years in a data driven inventory related role or A Bachelors degree in an appropriate field and 1 year of experience. General proficiency in Excel and Microsoft programs as well as knowledge of efficient process flows and methods (e.g. Lean etc.)

Pay:

$85,000.00 per year
