Assistant General Manager/Inventory Manager Full-Time | $66,300-$75,000/year + performance incentives, healthcare stipend The AGM/Inventory Manager will own our product pipeline from forecasting through fulfillment, ensuring shelves are stocked and records are airtight.

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee all strategic inventory operations, control procedures, and management systems Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and develop replenishment schedules Manage supplier and vendor relationships, negotiate pricing and delivery terms Supervise and train team members; create schedules and evaluate performance Generate inventory reports and analysis; identify risks and implement loss-prevention measures Ensure all inventory management complies with cannabis regulations and maintain proper documentation Additional FOH operational and sales responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old 5+ years of inventory management experience Experience in cannabis industry ideal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be at least 21 years old
