We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives in logistics, procurement, inventory management, and process improvement to ensure seamless production flow and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. This is a high-impact leadership role that ensures we deliver the right product, at the right time, to the right place while managing total cost and risk. Leading a cross functional team you'll balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, managing everything from supplier relationships to customer fulfillment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Champion on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance across all retail and distribution channels. Serve as a key operational partner to the sales team, proactively identifying and resolving fulfillment risks before they impact customers. Build fulfillment processes that support growth across retail and e-commerce including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Ensure production schedules are optimized to balance capacity constraints, lead times, and demand variability. Quickly adapt schedules in response to demand shifts, supply disruptions, or customer opportunities. Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, bringing together cross-functional inputs from sales, finance, and operations to build accurate, actionable demand forecasts. Translate those forecasts into supply plans that ensure product availability while balancing inventory and obsolescence risk. Set and manage inventory targets to maintain high service levels without tying up unnecessary working capital. Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee inventory control and demand planning to maintain optimal stock levels. Utilize ERP systems such as SAP ERP, Oracle EBS, and other MRP platforms to monitor supply chain activities. Lead process improvement initiatives employing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Coordinate logistics operations ensuring timely delivery of materials and finished goods. Collaborate with manufacturing teams on production planning and scheduling to meet demand forecasts. Drive continuous improvement projects focused on lean manufacturing principles and process optimization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, procurement cycle times, and supply chain costs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 7+ years of progressive supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment Minimum of 5 + years managing and developing cross-functional teams Strong command of end-to-end supply chain functions - from procurement through customer delivery Demonstrated ability to manage contract manufacturers and third-party logistics providers Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain analytics Expertise in data analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and supply chain analytics software. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement practices. Familiarity with S&OP demand planning, inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics operations.
