In this role, you will own performance for dedicated warehousing, distribution, and transportation solutions, ensuring safety, service quality, and cost efficiency. You will direct multi-site teams, manage budgets and KPIs, and serve as the primary operational contact for strategic customers. Partner with engineering, IT, and corporate functions to implement process improvements, leverage advanced supply chain technology, and drive continuous improvement and growth. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end logistics operations for key customer accounts across warehousing, distribution, and transportation. Own operational performance, including safety, service levels, productivity, and cost control. Direct and develop multi-site operations teams, including managers and frontline staff. Serve as primary operational contact for strategic customers, managing expectations and resolving issues. Analyze KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvement and standardization. Collaborate with engineering, IT, and corporate teams to implement logistics solutions and technology. Manage budgets, P&L, and resource planning for assigned customer operations. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Ryder operational standards. Drive process improvement using Lean and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Support business growth through solution enhancements, new lane implementations, and start-ups.
