- The Materials Coordination Supervisor manages all material functions for the flow of materials, from supplier through production to customer, ensuring maximum customer service, minimum inventory investment, minimum transportation costs and efficient plant operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- + Hires, trains, and supervises employees. + Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. + Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- + Directs and coordinates the application, implementation, and activities of the Company's MRP/ERP system to maximize its utilization across functional areas.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- + Ability to operate a forklift, walk behind unit, or overhead crane.
Education and Experience:
- + High school Degree or equivalent + A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Physical Requirements:
- + Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
