Job Description

E-commerce/Inventory Supervisor (Part-time) Toledo Zoo & Aquarium The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium has been educating, inspiring, and providing enjoyment to our community for over 100 years. Come and be a part of an organization where you can work and have fun at the same time! Our Merchandise department is currently seeking a part-time E-commerce/Inventory Supervisor who is passionate about learning new things and giving our guests the best possible experience. This role is responsible for overseeing and executing accurate, weekly online store order fulfillment. In addition, they will assist with inventory maintenance (online store & retail store locations) and ensure online inventory levels are adequate and accurate. The ideal candidate will promote a positive environment while supporting the Merchandise Crew team and guests. This position reports to the Director of Retail Operations and is part- time, non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Minimum Training & Qualifications:
Must be 18+ years of ageMust have a valid drivers license and be insurable by the fleet insurance carrier.

Retail experience requiredE-commerce/Online order fulfillment, inventory control, and/or Supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and listening skills.

Ability to learn and execute a concept, multi-task and delegate. Must have the physical ability to lift 35 pounds, work on your feet, and be able to walk the Zoo grounds for several hours at a time. Must have ability to go up and down movable, locked ladders.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, Monday-Sunday, including holidays. Individuals may also be exposed to inclement weather conditions such as heat in the summer or low temperatures in the winter at the outdoor stands. Proficient in basic math skills. Counterpoint Register System experience is a plus!
