Propane Manager Class 10

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end propane supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, and distribution logistics. Lead activities, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and shipping of propane products. Oversee transportation planning and fleet management to guarantee timely delivery while maintaining safety standards. Implement continuous process improvements utilizing Lean methodologies and supply chain analytics to enhance operational performance. Develop budgets, monitor profit & loss statements, and execute cost-saving initiatives aligned with company goals. Be involved in dispatching, order fulfillment, purchasing, procurement of propane. Conduct demand planning, production scheduling, and materials management to meet customer needs efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards related to propane handling and storage. Qualifications Proven experience in employee supervision, logistics management, or operations management within the energy or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory management, freight forwarding, and shipping & receiving. Demonstrated ability to lead teams supervising, dispatching personnel, and fleet management activities. Experience with process improvement initiatives such as Lean or continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent budgeting skills with a focus on profit & loss analysis; ability to develop cost-effective strategies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
