Job Description
Job Responsibilities Upholds the master production schedule and supports progress of production orders. Manages material transactions from receiving to shipping. Works closely with Logistics teams to ensure all shipments are managed effectively through internal controls and policies in accordance with customer expectations. Ensures shipment compliance with company standards and policies. Monitors and supports customer shipment requirements to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Maintains inventory control, inventory levels, and execution of cycle counting and monthly and annual inventory. Upholds logistics policies and agreements, including mode, carrier, and supplier agreements that benefit the overall business. Contributes to the continuous improvement process by identifying areas of improvement. Leads, mentors, and manages team, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and collective success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
