Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors through effective negotiation and supplier management experience to secure quality parts at competitive prices. Oversee warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, logistics inventory management, and parts administration to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with automotive service teams to support auto body repair, vehicle systems diagnostics, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts sourcing, and equipment repair activities. Implement best practices in procurement management and logistics to streamline order management system processes while maintaining high standards of customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain management within the automotive industry or related manufacturing sectors. Strong background in automotive diagnostics, vehicle systems knowledge, and automotive parts & accessories expertise. Demonstrated ability in procurement management, parts sourcing, negotiation skills, and demand planning. Mechanical knowledge of automotive systems combined with excellent internal communication skills for effective team collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, reporting, and documentation tasks. Ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
