Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Operation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, particularly in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in maintenance management. Multilingual abilities are highly valued, as you will be interacting with diverse teams and clients. 【岗位职责】 负责评估、引入配送服务合作伙伴（DSP），并建立长期合作关系。与DSP进行合同及服务价格谈判，确保获得高性价比的优质配送服务。 为DSP提供日常运营支持，解决问题，保障配送流程顺畅。监控包裹配送状态，确保信息准确追踪与准时送达。 及时处理配送相关问题，以维持高水平的客户满意度。分析运营绩效数据，识别流程改进机会。 确保DSP遵守公司政策、合同约定及行业标准。与内部团队协作，共同制定并协调一致的配送策略。 【任职要求】 普通话与英语流利。具备物流运营、供应商管理或相关领域经验（有DSP合作经验者优先）。 出色的谈判、沟通及解决问题能力。 能在快节奏环境中有效管理多项任务并确定优先顺序。 熟悉物流系统及行业法规者优先。 物流、供应链管理、数据分析、工程或相关专业教育背景者优先。
