This role is responsible for overseeing parts operations, inventory management, customer service, vendor relationships, and team performance to ensure our technicians and customers have the right parts at the right time. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of parts professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and customer service. Manage inventory levels to ensure proper stocking while minimizing obsolescence and carrying costs. Oversee purchasing, receiving, warehousing, and distribution of parts and supplies. Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories. Analyze parts sales, inventory trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Implement strategic initiatives to grow parts sales year over year Partner closely with Service and Sales teams to support customer needs and maximize equipment uptime. Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, warranties, returns, and special orders. Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Previous experience managing a parts department, warehouse, service parts operation, or similar business function. Strong inventory management and purchasing experience. Proven leadership and team development skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Strong computer skills and experience with ERP or inventory management systems. Ability to analyze reports, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience in industrial equipment, material handling, heavy equipment, construction equipment, automotive, truck, agricultural, or related industries is highly preferred.
