Warehouse - Prepack / Inventory We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Inventory / Product Team Lead to lead our Prepack Department at our growing warehouse in Mountain Top, PA. This is a working Team Lead position . We are looking for someone who will lead by example, work alongside the team, stay on top of daily priorities, and take responsibility for keeping the department organized and productive. The right person will be proactive, dependable, organized, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily workflow of the Prepack team Lead by example and work alongside the team when needed Assign daily tasks and make sure employees understand their priorities Monitor productivity throughout the day and keep the team focused and moving Be proactive in identifying what needs to be worked on next Help track inventory and determine which products need to be packed and prepared Make sure completed products are organized, properly put away, and ready for shipment Maintain an organized and efficient Prepack work area Help identify inventory shortages, workflow problems, or productivity issues Hold team members accountable for completing their work accurately and efficiently Communicate inventory, staffing, productivity, and workflow issues to warehouse management Help train and support new employees as the department grows Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred Previous leadership, Team Lead, or supervisory experience preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to lead by example Reliable, responsible, and punctual Proactive and able to take initiative without needing constant direction Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage priorities and keep a team productive Detail-oriented and comfortable working with inventory and products Able to work effectively as part of a team Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the department , not simply supervise it. Pay:

From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
