Drive growth across Wholesale and retail channels, expanding our footprint and customer satisfaction levels. Collaborate with our Wholesale Parts Director and management team to set goals, create strategies, and optimize performance. Coach, develop, and support parts staff to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused environment. Manage inventory accuracy, purchasing, special orders, returns, and vendor programs. Maintain strong OEM relationships to maximize incentives, compliance, and parts availability. Other tasks assigned by the Wholesale Parts Director. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive parts-preferably with Nissan, Infiniti, Toyota, Honda, and other major OEM's. A leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and elevate a team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Someone who values culture, teamwork, and long-term success. A growth-focused attitude with the ability to adapt, learn and eventually fully manage the import parts division. 3+ years of parts experience Qualified candidates, please submit a resume or work history for review.
