The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing logistics processes, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role requires strong proficiency in logistics management, inventory control, and the use of various systems to streamline operations. The Logistics Manager will play a key role in maintaining efficient supply chain workflows, enhancing customer service, and supporting overall business objectives. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment processes. Manage logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Utilize inventory management systems and ERP software to monitor stock levels, track shipments, and update records accurately. Coordinate cross-functional communication between procurement, warehouse staff, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing supply chain efficiency and reducing operational costs. Prepare reports using spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools to analyze logistics performance metrics. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all warehouse activities. Address customer inquiries related to order status or delivery issues promptly and professionally. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong knowledge of logistics management principles and best practices. Experience with inventory management systems and ERP platforms. Ability to manage warehouse operations effectively while maintaining accuracy in inventory control. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with various teams within the organization. Customer service orientation with a focus on resolving issues efficiently. Analytical skills to interpret data from spreadsheets and management systems for continuous improvement. Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
