This role is ideal for an experienced logistics professional who understands freight planning, carrier management, shipping costs, service performance, and team leadership. What You'll Own Lead, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Coordinators. Plan and prioritize daily freight and shipment activity. Monitor shipping schedules, bills of lading, orders, and logistics dashboards. Manage carrier relationships and address service or performance issues. Analyze freight costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Support carrier negotiations and freight agreements. Track logistics KPIs, shipping expenses, and service performance. Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and other logistics challenges. Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries. Identify and implement logistics process improvements. What We're Looking For Strong, hands-on logistics experience required. Proven experience leading or supervising a logistics team. Strong knowledge of freight planning, carrier management, shipping documentation, and logistics processes. Experience analyzing freight costs and logistics performance metrics. Strong Excel and reporting skills. Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication skills. Ability to make decisions and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
