Hybrid What you will do The Demand Planning Business Lead, is responsible for overseeing the supervision of finished goods inventory, creating accurate demand forecasts, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with traffic, production planning, and warehouse personnel. You will prioritize workloads, adjust daily work schedules, and distribute projects to ensure schedules are met: Key Responsibilities Develop SKU-level operational forecasts for a number of products within an assigned portfolio via coordination of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes using SAP Demand Planning functionality. Develop and implement demand planning strategies for products in alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize stockouts. Analyze market trends and customer demand to identify opportunities for growth and product innovation. Create and maintain demand planning metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on demand planning activities and results. Develop and implement demand management strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet sales and distribution demand Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand and ensure timely delivery of products Lead the sales and operation planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management Manage budgeting, risk analysis, and service management to ensure efficient operations Provide leadership and guidance to multiple teams of professionals What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or related field 6-8 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand planning strategies Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex business data Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/initiatives in a matrix environment Experience with syndicated data and MS Office Suite applications Desired Qualifications Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Experience or exposure to project management or large-scale project work #LI-SR1 What's in it for you Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges: $110,500.00 - $156,000.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
