Demand Planning & Order Fulfillment Manager

Job Description

Demand Planning & Order Fulfillment Manager Location:
St. Helena, CA - Hybrid 3 days in the Office Reports to:
EVP and GM Commercial Sales Salary:
$75,000 - $85,000 The Opportunity This combined role exists so the sales team never oversells inventory that isn't there, never loses a sale to a stockout that could have been forecast, and never has an order sit unresolved. It merges demand planning (forecasting, safety stock, vintage transitions) with hands-on order fulfillment support — protecting both the inventory plan and the day-to-day order flow the sales team depends on. What you will own Create weekly demand forecasts that sales plans its pipeline against; publish on schedule. Set safety stock levels and manage vintage transitions to prevent stockouts that would cost sales. Lead vintage transition planning sessions with Production and Sales leadership. Manage the production schedule with the production team; confirm commitments within 48 hours so sales can promise dates with confidence. Support day-to-day order fulfillment alongside the Order Team — entering and tracking orders, resolving exceptions, and keeping shipments moving so a sales commitment is never delayed by a fulfillment gap. Track forecast accuracy and inventory turns; flag stockout risk early enough for sales to reallocate. Partner with Sales Analytics and the Order Team Manager on inventory and fulfillment reporting that supports sales decisions. What you bring 3-7 years of demand planning, inventory management, or order operations experience. Strong analytical and forecasting skills. Comfortable working hands-on in order entry and exception resolution, not just planning. Experience coordinating across sales, production, and warehouse functions. Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience. Why Boisset? Boisset Collection brings together historic wineries, distinctive brands, and memorable guest experiences. Our work is guided by passion, excellence, creativity, respect, conviviality, sustainability, and accountability. In this role, your perspective will be visible: you will work across teams, influence important decisions, and help build a more connected, data-driven business. #WJ-GEN-ML-HY-FT- BC
