Job Description

We are looking for a Parts Manager to join our trucking company and manage the parts purchasing and supply process for our fleet. Key Responsibilities Manage the full parts purchasing process for the trucking fleet. Search for suppliers, compare prices and negotiate the best conditions. Order and track delivery of truck parts. Maintain relationships with parts suppliers and repair shops. Monitor parts availability and prevent delays in truck repairs. Control inventory, costs and purchasing efficiency. Coordinate with the Shop, Fleet and Maintenance teams. Ensure the correct parts are ordered according to truck specifications and repair needs. Resolve issues with incorrect, damaged or delayed parts. Requirements Experience in US trucking / fleet maintenance / truck parts . Good knowledge of parts for semi-trucks and trailers . Experience with suppliers and parts purchasing. Ability to compare prices and negotiate. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. English is required; Russian is a plus. Willingness to work according to US/Chicago time . We Offer $1,500-1,800 per week , depending on experience and qualifications.
