You will drive efficiency and effectiveness across end-to-end process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and support overall organization success. + Serve as a primary business and process translator for Project Helix, converting operational and planning requirements into standardized, scalableSAP S4 HANA
solutions + Provide inventory management and planning expertise to guide system design decisions, exception handling, and execution models across global PT operations + Lead the configuration and validation of inventory requirements supporting process designs in close partnership with ISC manufacturing planning and production stakeholders + Drive process simplification and global standardization, ensure alignment with one Honeywell operating model + Collaborate with process owners, functional leads, and IT to gather requirements, assess gaps, and implement system enhancements + Validate user stories and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy, process integrity, and realization of defined business outcomes + Proactively identify gaps, recommend mitigation strategies, and communicate project risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leadershipYOU MUST HAVE
- + 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.

- + Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent. + S4 HANA experience. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. + Six Sigma Certification.
