Overview:

Growing high-tech manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for procurement, planning, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the supply chain team (purchasing, planning, logistics, inventory) Oversee procurement and material planning to support production schedules Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance (quality, cost, delivery) Drive sourcing strategies, cost reduction, and process improvements Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, QA, and Finance Monitor inventory levels, forecasts, and ERP data accuracy Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485; AS9100 a plus) Develop KPIs and present supply chain performance to leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred) 10+ years of supply chain/procurement experience 5+ years of leadership experience Strong supplier management and contract negotiation background Experience in ISO-regulated manufacturing environments ERP/MRP experience (Sage or NetSuite preferred) Advanced Excel skills On-site role (not remote or hybrid) Compensation & Benefits $140,000 - $190,000 base salary Medical, dental, vision 401(k) with company match Paid time off + holidays Fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment Opportunity for growth and leadership impact
