Job Description

4 Corner Resources is hiring a Spare Parts Manager for an established industrial equipment manufacturer. This is a direct hire opportunity based in Appleton, WI, with a hybrid schedule. It's a strong fit for someone from manufacturing, maintenance, or parts purchasing who wants a customer-facing role with real ownership and room to grow.
Spare Parts Manager Responsibilities:
Partner with Engineering, Project Management, and Sales to build spare parts lists and drawings for new equipment lines, rebuilds, and installed equipment Own the capital spares process from start to finish, using sound judgment and a sense of urgency Build quotes with pricing and lead times based on company guidelines Meet with customers regularly, including maintenance teams and buyers, to understand their needs and guide their spare parts purchases Help customers plan around critical parts, equipment longevity, and production downtime risk Develop and maintain stocking strategies for key products and components Coordinate with Service teams so the right parts arrive in time for service calls Work with logistics, supply chain, and service teams to resolve customer issues and improve delivery performance Use SAP daily, with Salesforce use growing over time
Spare Parts Manager Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment in spare parts, purchasing, materials, maintenance planning, or a related role Comfort working directly with customers and representing the company professionally Mechanical aptitude and the ability to read mechanical drawings and bills of materials Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with little day-to-day direction Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable building and improving new processes Proficiency with Windows-based programs Technical school or college degree, or equivalent work experience
Spare Parts Manager Preferred Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry or a supporting industry Experience around or on paper machine equipment Maintenance planning or maintenance buyer experience in a mill SAP experience Salesforce experience

Appleton, WI Schedule:
Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
Travel:
Up to 25%, mostly domestic with some international
Pay Rate:
Starting at $100k annually 4CR2
