Share Job Job Description Supply Chain Integration Program Manager (Hybrid, Roseville, CA) We are seeking a Supply Chain Integration Program Manager to support our global high-tech client. In this role, you will drive Spares supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4, coordinating readiness activities, tracking dependencies, and ensuring timely escalation of risks and decisions. This role provides disciplined project management to protect go‑live readiness, business continuity, and stakeholder alignment across overlapping L2C phases. This is a 25‑month contract (possible extensions), 40 hours/week hybrid role based in Roseville, CA. Responsibilities Develop and manage integrated project plans for supplier onboarding.
Coordinate onboarding across suppliers, logistics providers, depots, repair and returns partners.
Facilitate cross‑functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, and Support.
Track supplier readiness against process, system, data, finance, and logistics requirements.
Maintain onboarding status, milestones, risks, and decisions.
Drive cadence meetings, document outcomes, and ensure timely closure of actions.
Build onboarding playbooks, readiness checklists, RAID logs, and escalation trackers.
Partner with testing, UAT, and HyperCare teams to align onboarding with go‑live criteria.
Prepare leadership‑ready updates and decision‑support content. Requirements 5+ years of project management in supply chain, operations, or supplier onboarding.
Experience managing RAID logs, decision tracking, and executive reporting.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, Lean Six Sigma (Preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
