Job Description
Supply Chain Manager Dow-Key Microwave life insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, tuition assistance, 401(k) United States, California, Ventura 4822 McGrath Street (Show on map) May 14, 2026 MPG delivers radio frequency (RF) spectrum-centric solutions at the speed of technology. We enable mission-critical communications and space-based missions with ruggedized RF components, subsystems, and turn-key solutions. Civilian government, military and commercial customers rely on MPG's deep engineering expertise, and scalable manufacturing capability to deliver what they need, when they need it. POSITION OVERVIEW
The primary function of this position is to lead the purchasing team to ensure efficient, complaint and timely flow of material to support manufacturing. Manage supplier performance, optimize cost, lead-time and ensure adherence to industry standards (AS9100). The role requires this to be accomplished within the company's principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win right culture, while meeting company financial and other key performance metrics.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrated strong leadership to direct a purchasing organization, implement change, and serve as a proactive leader as a part of the operational staff. Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team Responsible for actively sourcing and purchasing materials while developing strategies to optimize inventory, cost, and vendor performance. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle high volume of multiple projects Leverage the value of the supply base through an innovative and collaborative approach with suppliers that minimizes costs and maximizes value to our customers Identify supply chain risks, and develop tools and mitigation strategies for alternative plans Develop and manage key metrics and KPI's relevant to the business and operational excellence Create a culture of accountability and ownership of the sourcing processes within the group Provide training and leadership and act as a change agent while representing a positive and enthusiastic role model to ensure high engagement across the team. US Citizen or Permanent Resident - Green Card Holder Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related business field with five (5) years of supply chain management experience or 10 years of electronic or electro-mechanical supply chain management experience may be substituted Must have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with ability to communicate within all levels of the organization Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of disciplines in a dynamic environment and motivate them to work together as a team Experienced user of ERP systems (IFS, Peoplesoft, SAP, etc.).\ Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate vision into action.\ Computer and Microsoft Office literate (Word, Excel, etc.) AS9100 experience required Aerospace and Defense knowledge preferredPHYSICAL DEMANDS

Hybrid Pay Range:
$130,000.00 - $160,000.00 annuallyBonus Eligible:
This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
