Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations and optimize our logistics processes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of warehouse distribution, transportation planning, procurement, and inventory control. Your expertise will drive process improvements, enhance vendor relationships, and ensure seamless order fulfillment across all channels. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate warehouse operations, including materials handling, stocking, shipping & receiving, and warehouse management systems to ensure operational excellence. Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) and freight logistics to optimize delivery schedules, reduce costs, and improve service levels. Lead procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, and managing vendor relationships to secure competitive terms. Utilize data analysis skills with tools like SQL, Excel data analysis, Tableau, and spreadsheets to monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement. Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions or inefficiencies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand planning, production scheduling (MRP), and inventory management to meet customer demands efficiently. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards for global shipping logistics. Skills Extensive experience with warehouse distribution, inventory management systems, and warehouse management systems. Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in vendor management and procurement negotiations. Data collection expertise combined with analysis skills. Knowledge of supply chain analytics, demand planning strategies, and category management principles. Ability to operate forklifts safely; familiarity with manual handling practices in warehouse environments is preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
