Job Responsibilities:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Must have experience with CMS Must possess human relations skills and maturity of judgement. Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact. Must possess time management, leadership, communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge of production scheduling and CMS
• Knowledge of MRP and Operations/Inventory Management practices
• Must possess knowledge and proven skills in one of the following: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen; Project management and prioritizing.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of general office procedures including PC and LAN computer use.

Must be proficient in relevant computer software and program use.

EDUCATION

• Completion of post-secondary education in a related field e.

g., Materials and/or Logistics Management and/or equivalent work-related experience

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Skill gained by experience: minimum 5 years material control/logistics experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership role.
