ASSISTANT PARTS MANAGER

What You'll Do:

Assist customers, both in person and on the phone Accurately price parts and accessories Manage and maintain a balanced inventory Track and report expenses Work with Service Department to fulfill purchase and repair orders Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty, policy, and return procedures

Strong focus on providing excellent customer service Ability to work well in a process driven environment Detail oriented and organized Excellent communication skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Valid driver's license and clean driving record
