Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering projects focused on logistics optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Oversee the implementation of engineering solutions within the organization. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with company goals. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers on the team.

Crossdock Team Lead:

Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, crossdock, distribution, or logistics environment.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of crossdock operations, shipping and receiving processes, yard management, and dock safety procedures.

Communication:

Excellent communication skills to give clear directions and coordinate with drivers, clerks, forklift operators, and management.

Shifts Available:
