Temporary Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support the deployment of new processes, technology, and ways of working across logistics operations. This position will help drive operational and digital transformation across warehousing, logistics, and transportation, while ensuring successful adoption of new systems and standardized processes. The Logistics Manager will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Business Technology teams to support process improvements, system implementation, reporting, and global logistics initiatives. Key Responsibilities Transformation & Change Management Lead implementation of new supply chain processes, systems, and operating procedures. Drive adoption of approved digital tools and technologies. Coordinate communication, training, and stakeholder alignment during changes. Monitor adoption and identify opportunities to improve execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, process improvement, or transformation roles. Experience leading process improvement, system implementation, or digital transformation initiatives. Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution. Strong project management and execution skills. Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with digital tools, dashboards, and automation initiatives. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. PMO certification or formal project management training. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Apply Today!
