Key Responsibilities Planning and Conceptualization :
Defining event goals, target audiences, and themes. This includes creating detailed tradeshow marketing plan, product delivery timelines, and floor plans.Budget Management :
Developing and maintaining comprehensive event budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring all costs remain within financial constraints.Logistics and Venue Management :
Researching and securing suitable venues, coordinating transportation, arranging product and display delivery, and managing technical setups.Vendor and Staff Coordination :
Negotiating with venue management, vendor sales representatives and managing on-site event staff and contract help.Marketing and Promotion :
Collaborating with marketing team to promote events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.On-Site Execution :
