A Building and General Maintenance Technician performs building maintenance and appliance repairs for an apartment complex, housing division, residential center or business, as directed by a property manager.
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machining Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Machining Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting the maintenance and reliability of CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
6am - 3:45pm (Must be open to overtime) What's the Job? Provide advanced CNC maintenance services to support production goals. Handle equipment installation, relocation, upgrades, and repairs. Service various types and brands of CNC machines including EDM, Wire saw, laser engraving, and robot loaders. Self-diagnose complex machine tool problems and lead repair efforts to ensure maximum machine uptime. Coordinate with vendors and schedule preventive maintenance to optimize machine reliability. What's Needed? At least 4+ years of experience in machine tool maintenance. Familiarity with rebuilds utilizing Gib and Way Scraping and Turcite installation. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of ball screws, worm gears, and transmissions. Electrical aptitude with understanding of safety circuits, timers, servos, HMIs, etc. Experience with CNC systems such as Fanuc, Mazatrol, and knowledge of PLC programming. What's in it for me?
