Job Description

KP Staffing is now hiring an Inventory Supervisor in South Fort Worth, Texas! Job Summary The Inventory Supervisor will oversee daily inventory control operations within a high-volume reverse logistics, 3PL, and distribution environment. This role will lead inventory teams while driving inventory accuracy, cycle count performance, product movement, reconciliation, quality, safety, and overall department performance. Pay $65,000

  • 3:00 PM Inventory Supervisor
  • 1 opening Some Saturdays as needed Duties Lead daily inventory control operations and assigned inventory teams Monitor inventory accuracy, product movement, and location integrity Coordinate cycle counts, physical counts, and inventory reconciliation activities Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and system variances Maintain accurate inventory and operational records Track daily and weekly inventory KPIs and take corrective action when needed Ensure products are properly identified, labeled, stored, and located within the facility Partner with receiving, orders, shipping, and operations teams to resolve inventory issues Monitor workload, staffing, productivity, and department priorities Lead, coach, and develop hourly employees Set clear expectations and maintain accountability for attendance, accuracy, productivity, and performance Support onboarding, training, and employee development Maintain a strong leadership presence on the warehouse floor Enforce safety policies and maintain an OSHA-ready work environment Identify root causes of recurring inventory issues and support corrective actions Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications 3+ years of inventory control, warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or related operational experience Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a high-volume environment Experience managing hourly warehouse or inventory employees Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliation, and warehouse workflows Experience in 3PL, reverse logistics, distribution, fulfillment, or high-volume processing strongly preferred Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory systems, RF scanners, or related technology preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work occasional Saturdays as operationally required Job Type Direct Hire | Full-Time
