This full-time position based at our Fort Worth headquarters is responsible for the organization and day-to-day operation of the warehouse and the flow of materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles supporting our field operations. Responsibilities include receiving and processing shipments and deliveries; organizing, categorizing, storing, and issuing materials; maintaining inventory and asset accountability; and keeping the warehouse clean, orderly, and efficient. This position also coordinates the checkout and returns of tools and equipment to field personnel, stages materials for upcoming projects, and manages material logistics between vendors, the warehouse, and job sites. In addition, the role oversees company fleet vehicles and drivers, including vehicle assignments, maintenance coordination, and delivery scheduling to ensure field crews have the resources they need when and where they need them. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, document, and process incoming shipments, orders, freight, and deliveries. Organize, categorize, label, store, and maintain materials and inventory for efficient access and distribution. Issue and track materials, tools, and equipment assigned to field personnel and projects. Coordinate the checkout, return, condition, and accountability of company tools and equipment. Prepare, assemble, and stage materials and equipment for upcoming jobs and field crews. Coordinate the movement and delivery of materials between vendors, the warehouse, company vehicles, and job sites. Maintain accurate inventory, material, tool, and equipment records and identify shortages, discrepancies, or replenishment needs. Maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and efficiently organized warehouse and storage areas. Manage and coordinate company fleet vehicles and drivers, including vehicle assignments and delivery schedules. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, registrations, and general fleet readiness. Work closely with project management, purchasing, office staff, and field personnel to anticipate and fulfill material and logistical requirements. Help establish and maintain effective warehouse, inventory-control, asset-tracking, and material-handling procedures. Recommended Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, material management, inventory control, logistics, supply, fleet operations, or a related field; supervisory or lead experience preferred. Prior U.S. military logistics, supply, material management, transportation, or fleet experience is highly desirable, including Air Force Materiel Management (AFSC 2S0X1, including journeyman/craftsman/superintendent skill levels) or comparable experience in another branch of service. The Air Force's Materiel Management specialty specifically includes inventory stock control, supply-system operation, accountability, and planning/scheduling material storage and distribution. Experience with warehouse inventory and asset-control systems, including receiving, stocking, issuing, transferring, tracking, and reconciling materials, tools, and equipment. Experience coordinating material logistics and deliveries, including staging materials for jobs, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating movement between vendors, warehouse facilities, vehicles, and field locations. Experience managing or coordinating fleet vehicles and drivers, including vehicle assignments, maintenance scheduling, inspections, service records, and vehicle readiness. Demonstrated experience maintaining accountability for company or organizational assets, particularly tools, equipment, materials, vehicles, and other higher-value items. Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and computer skills, with the ability to establish and maintain practical inventory, warehouse, and asset-tracking systems. Experience supervising or coordinating warehouse personnel, drivers, delivery personnel, or field-support staff is preferred. Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record; experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, material-handling equipment, and light/medium-duty commercial vehicles is preferred. Experience working in construction, facility services, field service, mechanical/electrical trades, manufacturing, distribution, or another project-based environment would be highly desirable. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
