Day Shift Help for . Coordinate customer operations, transportation and finance.

Perform customer service functions with emphasis on inventory control, shipping and receiving, communication and problem solving. Manage workflow to meet planned levels of service and accuracy standards.

Spearhead fulfillment operations while collaborating with operations manager, supervisors, and 3pl partners to ensure orders are delivered in timely manner.

Ensure shipments for all channels, DTC, Retail, and Wholesale, are fulfilled on time, and meet compliance requirements. Monitor on-premises 3PL warehouse activities, driving improvements in operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality.

Develop end-to-end supply chain solutions to leverage the process effectiveness. Assist in developing SOPs, data analysis, process & project improvement techniques.

Build bench marking metrics for Value Added Service Projects, forecast labor planning processes and ensure leadership over successful completion of the project.

Prepare & analysis monthly invoices with accounting team to highlight cost savings and resolve billing issues.

Collaborate with finance business partners, managing, and monitoring financial and operational reports for both short and long-range scenarios.

Support monthly and yearly budgeting process with order volume and inventory projections.

Oversee fulfillment logistics for our customers in stock products, ensuring seamless integration with e-commerce operations.

Monitor system integrations with companys WMS system, resolve potential system integration issues.

In lieu of the required experience, applicants with any suitable combination of education, training or experience are acceptable, including 3 hrs. coursework or comparable coursework in the areas of Global Logistics & Transport, Operations Management, and Statistics and Data Analysis, inclusive in the degree requirement as qualifying.
