The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of facility management, customer service, and self storage operations. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure efficient management of resources and customer relations. Duties Manage all aspects of the storage facility. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor performance and manage tenant accounts. Manage vendor relationships for supplies, equipment, and repair. Utilize POS systems for transaction processing, cash handling, and reporting purposes. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Qualifications Proven experience in management or a similar supervisory role. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes positively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse customers. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to work unsupervised. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, along with phone etiquette. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in the storage industry is advantageous.
