Overview:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead supply chain strategy and operational excellence across a complex, multi-site manufacturing environment. The successful candidate must have proven experience leading global or multi-site supply chain operations and a track record of improving inventory, working capital, cost, planning, logistics, and customer performance. This role partners with senior leadership, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges and drive measurable results.
Job Duties:
Lead supply chain strategy across multiple sites and geographies.

Oversee planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, transportation, and warehousing.

Drive inventory optimization, cost reduction, working capital, and continuous improvement.

Lead supply chain transformation, technology, and process improvement initiatives.

Partner with executives, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Lead and develop supply chain managers and teams.

Support customer/product launches and complex supply chain initiatives.

Establish KPIs and drive operational performance.

Improve supplier performance, logistics, and material flow.

Travel up to 50%.
Qualifications:
Must have 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience.

Must have proven multi-site/multi-geography leadership experience.

Must have proven manufacturing supply chain experience.

Must have strong expertise in inventory, planning, procurement, logistics, and transportation.

Must have a track record of measurable cost and working capital improvement.

High-mix/low-volume manufacturing experience strongly preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
