- 18700 The Senior Director, Supply Chain serves as the senior supply chain leader for the Component Services business, responsible for developing and executing strategies that optimize inventory, enhance customer service, improve operational performance, and support profitable growth.

- What you will be responsible for:
Strategic Leadership:
- + Lead transformational initiatives focused on network optimization, digital enablement, productivity improvement, and supply chain resiliency.
- Planning & Inventory Management
- + Drive inventory optimization efforts to balance customer service, availability, and working capital objectives + Lead demand, supply, and inventory planning processes across the Component Services network. + Drive processes to align commercial objectives, operational capabilities, and financial outcomes.
Network & Supplier Performance:
- + Provide oversight of network-wide supply chain performance, including planning, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment activities. + Partner with centralized Procurement teams to improve supplier performance, mitigate risks, and support sourcing strategies. + Lead response and recovery efforts related to supply disruptions, capacity constraints, and customer service challenges.
Continuous Improvement:
- + Identify and implement initiatives that improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, service levels, and overall supply chain efficiency. + Leverage data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. + Promote standardization, collaboration, and best practices across the network.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- + Champion a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
