Summary:

The inventory administrator maintains accurate accounting and physical records of all incoming, outgoing, and stored goods. This person acts as the bridge between the various moving parts of inventory from sort to warehouse to production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Post daily sort transactions Station #1, 2, 3, 4 Side Sort
• Building Sort Grade Sheet data with Operations Manager
• Acushnet Daily Production upgrade/downgrade/wrong model sheets Collect data and organize Retail Inside/Outside Production Poly Bagger Prep Hybrid bulk orders Digital Print Post inventory corrections Report on any trends for Operations Manager
• Coordinate Recycled Inventory cycle count schedules with Warehouse Team & Operations Managers Collect cycle count data and organize Present findings to Operations Manager & Warehouse Supervisor Execute any action plan corrections with inventory
• Coordinate Non-Recycles Inventory cycle count schedules with Shipping Manager & Operations Managers Collect cycle count data and Organize Present findings to Operations Managers & Shipping Manager Execute any action plan corrections with inventory
• Coordinate Refinished Inventory cycle count schedules with Refinishing/Whitening Manager & Operations Refinishing Managers Collect Cycle Count data and Organize Present findings to Operations Managers and Refinishing/Whitening Manager Execute any action plan corrections with inventory Key Skills and Competencies 1.

Microsoft Office Skills 2. Manages processes and organization 3. Ability to analyze Information and problem-solving skills 4. Must be able to read/write/speak English 5. Cheerful presence, people skills, and professional attitude 6. Good oral and written communication skills 7. Ability to follow directions Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or supply chain preferred. Supervisory and Management responsibilities Provide leadership by setting an example in the work area. Assist in maintaining productivity and efficiency of the department.
