They maintain infection control standards, accurately document patient information, and support a safe environment by managing equipment and supplies. The RN upholds patient rights, collaborates with team members, and participates in performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications include RN licensure, 3+ years experience, BLS certification, and proficiency with medical equipment.
