In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end management of transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination across multiple departments, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for field employees, and sales team, ensuring data accuracy for performance evaluations. Track hours for specific field departments and provide timely reports to administration and team leads, while addressing labor hour discrepancies with payroll and relevant personnel. Conduct subsistence audits, ensure timely closure of labor tickets and reporting on any incomplete tickets to management and employees. Support the dispatch team in tracking equipment and personnel, maintaining accurate communication regarding time-off requests and project updates. Excellent communication skills coupled with customer service orientation to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment, with the capacity to adjust to changing priorities and demands. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with strong skills in data entry. Strong organizational and analytical abilities to maintain accurate records and reports. Effective communication skills. Willingness to be on call to address urgent needs and provide timely support. Familiarity with or eagerness to learn. Assist in creating work tickets for future dispatches, ensuring completeness and adherence to operational standards. Knowledge of transportation planning and materials handling techniques. Ability to analyze data for demand forecasting and process optimization. Strong team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
