Management can determine the status and location of inventory through SORTLY and associated records. The operation becomes increasingly standardized, efficient, and scalable.
THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who sees a staging move as a logistics operation , not simply a moving assignment. The right person should be able to walk into a warehouse or storage facility, assess the situation, establish priorities, create order, organize people and equipment, prepare inventory in advance, and execute efficiently.
We value someone who believes:
A move should be planned before move day . Inventory should be accountable at all times. Every item should have a known location. Pallets and staging packages should be prepared in advance. Movers should receive clear instructions. Returned inventory should immediately re-enter an organized system. Problems should be anticipated rather than discovered at the last minute. For the right candidate, this position has the potential to grow into a larger Staging Operations / Logistics Manager role as the company expands.
