Parts Team Lead What We Are Looking For Are you a top performer in the parts industry? Feeling like your ideas are going to waste? Roda is seeking a dedicated top level Parts Team Lead to help grow our booming business and provide our customers with exceptional experiences. The ideal candidate will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace. We are looking to disrupt an industry so you will need to have that growth and competitive mindset. You will oversee the parts sales process from start to finish. This includes working closely with technicians, advisors and directly with clients. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a combined labor and parts team that is dedicated to the common goal of delivering an extraordinary experience to consumers. We work with both OEM and after-market parts. In addition to managing our parts department, you'll have the chance to design the parts operation that is efficient and customer-friendly. What We Offer Top tier compensation and incentives based off experience Career Growth Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vision Life and Disability 401 K Paid Vacation Why you'd love this job You get great joy in delivering fantastic experiences to your clients You want to be part of building something new You are comfortable with a lot of independence You like a fast-paced environment You love the freedom, energy, and creativity of a start-up You want to work with a team that values hard work while respecting need for personal time Responsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Proactively communicate with clients and other team members on parts status Team-First mentality Constantly look for ways to expedite parts deliveries or pickups Maintain high attention to detail when reviewing estimates to ensure accuracy Pulls and fills orders from stock and from aftermarket partners Maintain high level relationships with internal and external accounts Manage an ever-changing inventory on a weekly basis Provide accurate invoicing to advisors and clients Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up Qualifications Experience in aftermarket parts sales Demonstrated history of proactive problem solving Ability to juggle a lot of tasks at once effectively with a high attention to detail Track record of identifying and implementing improvements in customer experience Track record of going above and beyond to make clients happy Flourish in a fast-paced work environment Have strong organizational and time management skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
