We are currently seeking an Acquisition Portfolio Logistics Manager to support the U.S. Navys Enlisted Placement Management Branch (PMS 4013) Program Office, providing Navy clients with strategic, data-driven solutions to ensure maritime dominance. This position supports at the Washington Navy Yard and 21 M Street.
What youll do: Lead a team analyzing modernization and logistics plans impacting product production, distribution, and inventory.
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and direction for workflow and staffProvide product support managementEnhance acquisition, supply supportManage outfitting, maintenance and readiness supportManage full lifecycle solutionsEnhance product flow and Fleet useTravel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBCs clients. Qualifications:
Active Secret security clearance requiredBachelors degree from a university accredited in the United States10+ years experience with Navy acquisition and /or sustainment logistics5+ years of DoD product support management and analysisPrior NAVSEA Program Office experienceProficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitaskStrong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clientsAttend meetings and provide onsite/in-person support as requiredWhat MBC offers:
