Assistant Parts Manager

Job Description

Moore Cadillac of Richmond is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Parts Manager. You will support daily parts department operations. You will champion luxury-level customer service for Cadillac clients. You will assist in managing inventory and staff. Key Responsibilities Supervise team. Guide parts counter personnel daily. Manage inventory. Maintain optimal stock level targets. Assist clients. Serve retail and wholesale customers efficiently. Support technicians. Ensure shop technicians get parts quickly. Oversee shipping. Monitor incoming and outgoing parts shipments. Enforce compliance. Follow General Motors shipping protocols strictly. Maintain organization. Keep the parts department clean. Qualifications Experience. Minimum 2 years automotive parts experience. Brand knowledge. General Motors experience highly preferred. Leadership. Prior supervisory or team lead experience. Systems. Proficiency with ADP/CDK or similar DMS. Skills. Strong organizational and communication abilities. License. Valid driver's license with clean record. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
