Oversee sourcing, acquisition activities to support ISR and defense operations. Ensure procurement activities are cost-effective, timely, and compliant with contractual. Analyze RFPs, identify procurement risks/opportunities. Advise on business strategies for proposals. Responsible for CPSR Procedures, dev lists for various services to support
RFI/RFQ/RFP.
