We are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Manager to oversee the organization, preparation, loading, and delivery of materials for our projects. Responsibilities Manage the shipping and storage of completed cabinets, countertops, and miscellaneous project materials. Organize and track pallets and their storage locations. Maintain accurate project and shipment information in Innergy ERP System. Prepare shipments and ensure all required materials are included. Coordinate truck loading and verify that physical materials match the shipment in Innergy. Coordinate delivery schedules and provide delivery information to the Delivery Driver. Manage and direct the Delivery Driver's daily workload. Review signed delivery tickets and maintain project documentation. Keep shipping areas, storage units, conex boxes, and pallet storage areas organized. Review the company calendar daily and stay ahead of upcoming Load Days and Delivery Days. Communicate with Project Management, the shop, and management regarding shipment changes, missing materials, damaged items, and delivery issues. Monitor storage space and notify management when additional space is needed. Ensure materials are properly loaded, secured, delivered, and documented. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working with computers and ERP systems. Able to work independently and take initiative. Ability to manage and direct employees. Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse management, construction, or millwork is a plus. Must be able to lift and move materials as needed. Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
