Working on site at the facility is required.
Your primary responsibilities will be:
Manage inbound and outbound logistics, transportation, freight, warehousing, and internal material flow. Oversee receiving, stocking, inventory storage, picking, packing, shipping, and movement of materials to production. Ensure material availability to production by coordinating closely with Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations teams. Manage carrier relationships, freight providers, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Drive freight cost reduction, transportation efficiency, and logistics performance improvements. Maintain inventory accuracy through effective warehouse processes, material controls, and ERP discipline. Develop and implement process improvements to improve productivity, space utilization, and service levels. Ensure compliance with safety, transportation, export, and company operating procedures. Lead and develop warehouse associates, shipping personnel, and logistics coordinators. And you will have Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience; 5+ years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing operations; Strong ERP/logistics systems knowledge; Proven ability to reduce cost, improve material flow, and drive operational efficiency.- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization
- The wage/salary range for this role is $105k
- $145k, depending on education and experience.
