With KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS now part of our motorcycle lineup, we're looking for an experienced Parts Associate or Assistant Parts Manager who already knows their way around a dealership parts department and is ready to make an immediate impact. This is not an entry-level position . We're looking for someone with previous powersports, motorcycle, automotive, or dealership parts experience who is comfortable with OEM parts lookup, inventory, customers, computers, and the day-to-day operation of a busy parts department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone Look up OEM and aftermarket parts Provide knowledgeable parts and accessory recommendations Process parts sales and special orders Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory Work closely with Service and Sales departments Help maintain inventory accuracy and appropriate stocking levels Provide excellent customer service Help drive department sales, gross profit, and performance Assist with promotions, events, and department goals

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✓ Previous dealership parts experience ✓ Strong OEM parts lookup skills ✓ Powersports, motorcycle, or automotive knowledge ✓ Excellent customer service and communication skills ✓ Comfortable working with dealership computer systems ✓ Organized, dependable, and self-motivated ✓ Able to work independently without constant supervision ✓ Strong understanding of inventory and parts department operations ✓ Management or leadership experience is a plus

COMPENSATION

Experienced Parts Associate:

$23

•28/hour DOE + performance incentives

Assistant Parts Manager:

$28

•35/hour DOE + performance incentives For an exceptional candidate with proven Parts Manager experience , we're also open to discussing a full management position and compensation package. Work with KTM Husqvarna GASGAS and a growing lineup of powersports brands.
